Woooooo....

The Psyche Origami, Solillaquists of Sound, Psyche Orchestra show at Smith's on Jan 9. was an instant classic.  A night of great performances was topped off by an amazing improv set that included beats by DiViNCi and Swamburger from Solilla, Jmil (Collective Efforts), X144, Dillon, members of the Psyche Orchestra, and J-Live.  Pretty amazing stuff.  We'll be posting pics and video from that show as well as others in the coming days.  Stay tuned.

Psyche Origami's The Standard was recently named one of Atlanta's Top 25 albums by Creative Loafing.  Unfortunately, the album is not available thru iTunes because of our previous label relationship. We're actively in the hunt for a digital distribution relationship for our past catalog.  In the meantime, contact us directly for physical copies of any records and we'll be happy to get the material out to you.

So, mixing of the new album Flagship has been pushed back a bit.  Send comments and posts about how you feel about this new information so that I can forward it to the powers that be.   

Now, The Psyche Orchestra just confirmed that they will be recording an EP at TreeSounds Studios.  The EP will contain one studio produced track along with 4-6 live recorded tracks.  Be on the lookout for this early in 2010.  

Ok, ok...be patient.  The new music player is almost ready for you people to listen to snippets of the new albums.
